Welcome to Bare Bone. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. Products

Our products are described and displayed on our website as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, sizes, or descriptions of our products are accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify our products and prices at any time without notice.

2. Orders and Payment

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate and complete personal and payment information. You may only purchase our products for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.

We make sure to provide you with the most affordable and genuine prices. In case of any doubts feel free to contact us using email, whatsapp or phone call. The prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of all taxes. However, the delivery charges are not included and will be added as per your pin code at the time of check out.

The order will be processed only after the confirmation of the payment of the product. The modes of payment available are – UPI, Paytm, Bank transfer, Credit card, Debit card & Cash on Delivery. Payment will be done through a secured third-party platform. Your payment information is encrypted and secured by industry-standard SSL encryption.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee a specific delivery date. Delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping method, and product availability. Estimated delivery time is within 5-8 working days.

Shipping will be generated through an authorized shipping partner. A confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking link within 12 hours from the confirmation of the order.

The product will be dispatched within 48 hours from the time of order & payment confirmation subject to the availability of the product. In case of any delays, customers will be informed priorly. The delivery is only available within India. International shipping is not provided by us.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by you. In case of no show of the customer, please contact the shipping partner for a suitable delivery time.

4. Returns, exchanges and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt for an exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be in new, unworn, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or packing slip.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.

You will receive the new product 7-8 days after the returned product is received and checked by us.

In case of return, the credit note will be made in a form of voucher excluding the shipping charges. The voucher will automatically appear on your account. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns at our discretion. We do not provide any refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bare Bone and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our express written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our products and website are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products or website will meet your expectations or be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, including but not limited to disputes related to the purchase or use of our products, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delhi and shall be conducted in English.

We may update these Terms from time to time without notice. By continuing to use our website or purchase our products after any changes to these Terms, you agree to the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your use of our website and/or your account at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our website and destroy any copies of content or materials obtained from our website.

10. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bare Bone and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
